The technological workshop (mini-production) was created to carry out testing of new products for all enterprises of the MHP holding. It is for this purpose that mini versions of all the equipment that is in the holding have been installed. It includes packaging machines with various types and formats of packaging (trays, skin packaging, vacuum packaging, in a protective gas environment, etc.), vacuum massagers, cutters, meat grinders, equipment for the production of sausage products, equipment for the production molded products, equipment for heat treatment (steam ovens, multi-pans, cooking boilers), shock freezing chambers and other necessary equipment.
