We were the first in Ukraine to introduce the use of the newest technology of processing products under high pressure (HPP), which is unique not only for Ukraine, but also for the eastern part of Europe. When using Hiperbaric equipment, the product is pascalized by ultra-high pressure. This type of pascalization allows you to increase the shelf life of the product without preservatives, chemical additives or other harmful substances.
