Using a powerful autoclave, products are pasteurized or sterilized, depending on their type. Unique boilers, developed by Ukrainian engineers, work in hot mode, and the latest shock units speed up the cooling of products. The star of the Industrial Kitchen is the innovative Hiperbaric system, which allows pascalizing products under high pressure.
The packaging shop of the Industrial Kitchen has at its disposal two highly productive Multivac and Ulma tray sealers for food packaging. We are one of the first to use the SKIN packaging system for ready meals.
